Don't have a card? No problem! For 5% charge on the total cost of you order, you can use S.I.A. Global Logistics' card to place your orders online.

How can I make payments for my packages?

Payments will be accepted through NCB online transfers & Point of Sale (POS) machines.
Do I have to create an account?

Yes, creating an account is required to ship with us. Once you sign up for your S.I.A account, you are provided with your shipping address which you will ship your orders to. Create Account
How will i get my packages?

Once your packages have arrived in Jamaica, someone from the S.I.A. Global Logistics team will contact you to arrange for delivery.
Do I need to create a pre-alert?

Yes, prealerts are required to help keep track of your packages, as well as to provide ease in clearing your packages through customs.
