Lost my package. TWICE.

THAT IS ENOUGH FOR ME TO NOT LIKE USING THESE PEOPLE

Ok I have been a customer ever since 2021 and since recently. I stopped getting notifications and my package and it so hard to get to the person to get information about my packages. I could send text after text with no response. There are days when I’m sure I should have a package and it’s so hard to get a hold of the person especially when it’s urgent.things changed so much before there’s was good communication I didn’t even have to ask about my packages now if I don’t ask I don’t know what’s going on. And for me it’s not the company itself it’s the person at the location because I think the company as always been on time when packages should reach Jamaica

The person from the Montego Bay branch needs to stop working. No communication on your package and trying to get to them is the worst thing ever!!! I will never recommend them to another person!! I’m yet to receive a package and I’ll just call it a loss at this point as they aren’t responding over 1 month! Kmt!

The time they take to get your products in the country along with the rate is great , but trying to get in contact with anyone from the montego bay team is the worst seeing how they don’t have a location . I texted no response over 40 straight calls all went unanswered and none were returned . So this will be my last time using you guys for anything,

😊 I've been around the block with SIA we started off on the wrong foot but we got over and move forward and tbh I'm comfortable with the service only wish delivery could be twice per week but it's not easy taking into consideration the person at the forefront schedule, it's understandable why weekends only. I've also recommend quite a few persons who are now apart of the team and just recruit another lol. Looking for a twice per week delivery in future though. The rates are very competitive too.

I am very pleased with the overall shipping services. I was very hesitant in shipping because of potential headaches. These individuals have made my life easier and now I can ship with ease!

Best shipping company hands down. You wont regret shipping with them.

The best so far, never have an issue with them, always gives me an update whenever I check in, willing to meet me anywhere for me to collect my packages.

Far from been an awesome experience. Sia is by far the worst I've ever dealt with in the history of logistics and shipping. They're lackadaisical, incompetent, ill-mannered, rude, unprofessional and definitely not ready for this field. If I were to go in details I'm afraid they wouldn't be left with one single customer. It's as if only their friends count and matter to them. They don't even deserve the one star given smh

First time using this shipping company and their service is excellent😌😌 I would recommend people to use them. They are even fast because I didn’t expect to receive my package so early and I received it before the EDD, It was a great experience🥰🥰🥰🥰.
